Hello there, I’m Vinita. Welcome to my website.

I enjoy creating digital solutions for thorny business problems.
I translate business needs into digital and AI-enabled workflows, with the primary goal of improving a patient or customer’s experience.
Today, I operate as a fractional consultant helping businesses scope and prioritize their challenges, create a solutions pathway, and build digital programs (sometimes including AI) that could help. Think of me as the program and operations bridge between your technical and strategy teams. I have launched quite a few new programs, products, and platforms throughout my career; I keep calm under pressure. Fun fact: I am learning how to ski as an adult. I’m not afraid of a challenge!
When people first meet me, they’re surprised by two things. 1) I’m from Louisville, Kentucky originally and 2) that I was not a business major in undergrad. Despite my dearly departed dad’s advice to double major in business and Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, I chose the latter (with a French minor, oh là là, and pre-law focus.) I moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating from Miami University in Ohio and I’ve slowly made my way up the East Coast settling in Boston via Baltimore, M.D.
I am highly collaborative and love leading highly visible programs. My career has taken me on quite the adventure, from global human rights to launching a new toy line, from gaming to criminal justice; and I landed where I was meant to be after studying Healthcare Management as part of my MBA from Johns Hopkins University. I remember sitting in my Digital Marketing class thinking about blog ideas, and my best ideas centered on healthcare technology and innovation. I’m not much of a cook, so a cooking blog/vlog was not going to be “it.” I’ve been working in pharmaceuticals, tech, and digital health for the last 12 years, and recently led digital health programs for a major drug launching in the coming year.
